What Is Coaching?

“It is in the release of the need to be perfect, that one is freed to explore the path of perfection.” -gwy, jr. ‘05

Coaching is a process in which the coach encourages his/her clients to think outside the box, expand their limitations, and become less fearful and more trusting in themselves. Coaches allow their clients to find and follow a path of their life’s desires with strength and conviction.

Each person will have a different need, or will be seeking a new or different direction. Together we will explore your options and start down the path together until you have gained the confidence and are comfortable making and executing the plans of where you want to go.

Sessions are conducted by phone and usually last between 45-50 minutes.

I coach from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific time, Monday through Thursday.

Initial 30-minute assessments are complimentary.

Here is a video about my practice. Please be aware that if you are using dialup, this will be very slow.
